FELIZ PASCUA!!!

Feliz Pascua!!

It only took me until Thursday to figure out what the heck is a Pascua... I think I'm improving!!! :D hahahaha

This week.... well... we visited the doctors more than our investigators... lightning struck down right where we had been sitting in a taxi... never again will I pray for rain. hahahahaha 

We talked to a Menonite about God....hahahahah I dared my companion to contact her. She invited her to the church and was asking about her beliefs. Im totes proud! hahaha I'm determined that we're going to baptize a Menonite, a Gypsy, and a Chinese person in this transfer! We have 3 weeks left!!! Tengo FE!

So for Easter, us three comps kept our family traditions alive... we ate fish (spain and Brazil), Chocolate (everyone in the world), and had a "easter egg" fight (bower household)... just keeping the traditions going... hahaha 

We had the fish but the members didnt trust me to cut it and eat it by myself.... the sister took it and cut it all up and seperated it for me and then watched me eat it to make sure I didnt die from one of the little bones.... she told me, I use to do this for my kids when they were babies. Yay.... My comps thought it was hilarious. 

We have some killer awesome investigators who had dates for baptism.... but this week... I don't know. Every single one of them said no. Prayers would be awesome. Norma, Romina, Gabriela, Daniela, Ana, and Lautaro. 6 different investigators who don't know each other who had their dates for this week or the next... and the crazy thing is every single one of them has a testimony about the Resturation.... and Joseph Smith.... But the adversary is working. Each one said, I know this is true BUT..... ahhhhhhh

I'm grateful for this Easter... for the opportunity to walk a short distance in the Savior's shoes. I know that He lives and loves every one of us. And he suffered for us. so that he could know us perfectly and help us in every single thing. I love the Savior with all my heart. I can never repay him but he doesnt ask us to. He only asks for us to follow him. I can do that. And i'm going to continue to follow Jesus Christ everyday... mission or no.

It's the CLIIIIIIMB!!

It ain't about how fast Im going..  It's the Cliiiiiimb!!! Miley Cyrus get out of my head!!

I felt the climb this week. Whew...

Sick and climbing to the toppest part of the mountain to visit families.... 

But its part of the life.. and part of my area... whew! 

We worked our booties off this week!

We go on splits a lot so we can visit everyone we need to. its crazy but so much fun!!! 

I'm not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing when a inactive member who is mad at the church and at God right now dies laughing while you're singing a hymn for her.... Im going to say its a good thing. We bring God and laughter.. And well.. awesome.. I lost my voice because Im sick this week and so trying to sing.... trying to teach... its pretty much the worst thing that can happen to me. I love to talk to people. But maybe itll give my comps a chance to talk... hahahah 

I don't think I've laughed more than I have this week... As we've ran through the rain, sniffled through prayers because our runny noses, climbed REALLY HIGH hills to find our investigators, and spread love and this Gospel.

I don't have time to say more. But Im so happy here and I learn everyday how to love these people more. Im really grateful to be a part of this gospel.

Its a turtle life after all!!

Well.. wow.. would you look at that... Don't have time again...

Awesome sauce. My week has been awesome sauce!!

Every night we went to bed SOOOOO TIRED!!!!!!!! I can't even explain how tired I am right now.. But I'm happy. There's nothing wrong from being tired if its a result of working your tail off. 

So three hermanas for all of Metan... yeah.... Everyday we're in a different part and half of this city, I'm the only person that knows this part... PRESSURE!! 

My comps are hilarious. Well one... and the other I think she's afraid of me... We're stuck together so oh well... hahaha 

This week Ive seen SO MANY miracles!!!

One we were visting a non active family that I just kept thinking about all day. And then we went and visited their neighbor who I thought was also inactive but I couldnt remember who they were or nothing.... But we visited anyways and out comes a teenager girl who Ive met once... We sat down and helped her with her personal progress and then she started to cry, demanded who told us to visit her. Uh... God? hahahaa Yesterday she was at church with us... and is on her way to a better life... her family has a lot of problems. But I know... that no matter what problems we have in the life, we can't use them as excuses to not read our scriptures, to not pray, or go to church... because God KNOWS! He knows our problems, our weakness, everything... And yet he wants us to continue on and do these things. They dont take much time, but they change everything...

ALso.... if my english is bad. eh.... its really hard to type this... hahaha SO if you dont understand my Spanglish... just know... Im grateful to be a member of this church... I have so many blessings, and a eternity to count them.

Transfers and a side of WHAT?!

So... ya fue my area!! THEY CLOSED MY AREA!!! Only for a transfer.... But right now... Im in a trio... Hermana Liza from Spain and Hermana Martinz from Brazil. THey combined our separate areas into one. So Im the only person that knows my area... "knows" and Hermana Liza is the only one that knows her area. And Hermana Martinz is new to this area... hahahaha We have a lot of work to do.  

First thing first... Gotta figure out how to cram three beds in one room! hahahah oh my oh my!!

But awesome....

A bunch of crazies

THis week was CRAZY!!! I don't have time to write... hahaha but My comp and I were in the hospital ALL week. She's really sick... and is going to need a operation and she's really mad about it because she can't drink Coca-Cola... hahaha its a hard knock life here in the mission field. hahahaha But Im so sad to see her go! She was here in this area for 6 months... so it was hard for her too. You come to love people so much in so little of time!!

Well... gotta go. But just know that I love God and I love this work. And I know when our Jesus Christ really is the first in our lives we can do anything.
